Epsilon Psi Epsilon is at the top of the list for the great many things that drew me to Ohio State Optometry from the start. The opportunity to give back through our Vision Care Fund program and through Pilot Dogs proves that this fraternity cares about our profession and the people we serve. The ability to form deeper bonds with fellow brothers and sisters, alumni, and faculty proves how much of a social profession we've chosen and just how fun optometry can be. It was an honor to serve a year as House Manager, looking after the needs of the physical structure that we call home as well as those who lived there, and it is an honor to lead this group of amazing people as they pursue their own philanthropic, social, and scholastic goals. I am originally from Beverly, OH (a small town the southeast). I enjoy cooking, reading comic books, and marathons (of the Netflix variety). Many lifelong friends and memories have already been formed through EYE, and I look forward to making many more before my time here draws to a close.
Being a member of EYE has been one of the best experiences of my three years thus far in optometry school. No other organization offers such a wide variety of philanthropic and social activities. As VP my duties include planning the spring banquet which is always a great time! I am originally from Butler, Ohio and I went to undergrad at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. I enjoy all sports, watching Dancing With The Stars, and hanging out with all my friends. Go Bucks!
I am a third year. Golf is fun. I went to WVU.
My name is Kirsti Roehm and I am the treasurer for EΨE. I joined EΨE to be a part of an organization that is committed to service and to tailgate with my classmates, alumni and professors on gamedays! My responsibilities as treasurer includes managing the accounts, collecting dues and paying rent for the house. I am originally from Wauchula, FL and attended the University of Florida for undergrad. In my spare time I enjoy rooting for the Gators and the Buckeyes, spending time by the water and doing yoga.
My name is Erin Andrews and I am the corresponding secretary. I am in charge of organizing the EѰE composite photo and framing it so that it can be displayed at the fraternity house. EѰE is such an amazing organization, and it has been an important part of my optometry school experience so far. It provides various fun activities such as tailgating and theme parties, and has allowed me to form really great friendships. I wanted to continue my involvement and contribute to the fraternity by taking on a leadership role as corresponding secretary. I am from Dayton, Ohio but was raised a St. Louis Cardinals and Green Bay Packers fan. Additionally, I am now a buckeye fan – go bucks!
Sergeant at Arms
I am a member of the Class of 2018 here at The Ohio State University College of Optometry. As Sergeant at Arms, it is my duty to make sure only EYE members are partaking in the fun activities as well as being in charge of food and beverage for EYE events. I am basically the grill master/bartender/bouncer. I attended Michigan State University for undergrad (Hey, it could be worse) and I'm looking forward to football season. let me know how you like your burger.
